Política de Cambios

Todas nuestras prendas tienen cambio.

Podés realizar el cambio por talle o cualquier otro producto (Excepción: Prendas en outlet, Oportunidades, 2x1).

  • Plazo: Los cambios solo pueden ser realizadas dentro de los 10 días siguientes a la compra. Si el cambio es por falla, debes dar aviso dentro de las 48 horas de recibida la compra a cualquier medio de contacto habilitado. 
  • Condiciones: Las prendas deben estar en perfectas condiciones y en su packging original, tal cuál lo recibiste. SIN EXCEPCIÓN. No tiene cambio las prendas dañadas, usadas o en categorpias especiales cómo Outlet, 2x1,Sale). Todas las prendas pasan por doble control de calidad y salen en perfectas condiciones de nuestras oficinas.
  • Envíos: El envío será siempre a cargo del cliente.
